This workshop will feature one hour of beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga and breathwork, followed by a full hour of Sound Bath, AKA the Best of Both Worlds on the year's longest day. The movement will utilize Sun Salutations and other "heart shining" poses to focus on finding our "inner sun." Then participants will settle into savasana, to deeply relax and integrate the yoga practice during an hour-long Sound Bath.
