Align & Attune is your Monday evening Reset & Restore! Join Carrie to find balance in your mind and body through movement and stillness, sounds and silence. This class will include approx. 45 minutes of Hatha Yoga and 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga & Savasana, with meditative elements incorporated throughout, and a brief sound bath offered during the time spent in stillness.

Yin Yoga is a practice that strategically tractions the joints in the body’s core to help reverse the damage caused by aging, gravity and poor postural alignment.
