Align & Attune is your Monday evening Reset & Restore! Join Carrie to find balance in your mind and body through movement and stillness, sounds and silence. This class will include approx. 45 minutes of Hatha Yoga and 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga & Savasana, with meditative elements incorporated throughout, and a brief sound bath offered during the time spent in stillness.

This beginner-friendly yoga session is designed for parents and babies who are 6 weeks to one year old. The class will have options to incorporate your baby in the poses and movements, or your baby can practice tummy time. Stretching and relaxation will be a part of every class.
6 Week session: Monday Night Vinyasa Level 2 in Wheaton with Dave Cohen
This session is appropriate for experienced, intermediate-to-advanced practitioners, who are free of any serious injuries and looking for a challenging practice (i.e. a faster pace, and exploring more physically challenging postures like arm balances). 7 Week session: Prenatal Yoga for All Trimesters with Tamar Greengarden

Being diagnosed with or caring for a loved one with dementia can be incredibly challenging without proper treatment, resources, and assistance.
