Align & Attune is your Monday evening Reset & Restore! Join Carrie to find balance in your mind and body through movement and stillness, sounds and silence. This class will include approx. 45 minutes of Hatha Yoga and 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga & Savasana, with meditative elements incorporated throughout, and a brief sound bath offered during the time spent in stillness.
This rejuvenating and accessible prenatal vinyasa practice is suitable for students in all three trimesters, for both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners. Bond with your baby, connect with others who are pregnant, and prepare for parenthood!

This class is your chance to Let. It. OUT. After a group discussion about our sources of rage and the ways we have been made to suppress this vital emotion, you’ll be led through a flow practice focused on the solar plexus, sacral, heart and throat chakras. Class will end with a deliciously long savasana and reiki healing.

This online Yoga Nidra ("Yogic Sleep") workshop uses gentle stretching and guided relaxation to facilitate deep healing and letting go of everyday concerns, limiting beliefs, and anything holding you back from being your best self. Practice in your PJs and drift off to sleep afterwards!
This beginner-friendly yoga session is designed for parents and babies who are 6 weeks to one year old. The class will have options to incorporate your baby in the poses and movements, or your baby can practice tummy time. Stretching and relaxation will be a part of every class.

Cultivate the energy of gratitude with the healing practice of Qigong. The imagery and focus of Qigong lends itself naturally to an appreciation of the beauty of nature, the body, and relationships. This practice is appropriate for all levels, including beginners to Qigong, and will include gentle flowing motion, breathing techniques, self-massage, and meditation. Emerge feeling relaxed, grounded, and centered, and ready to get the most out of your holiday weekend.
Partner yoga is a great way to strengthen your relationship by fostering joy, trust and communication. No prior yoga experience needed for either participant!
Yin Yoga is a practice that strategically tractions the joints in the body’s core to help reverse the damage caused by aging, gravity and poor postural alignment. This series offers a weekly tune up to undo that damage, and unwind the mind and spirit as well, while receiving (optional) Reiki assists to further promote healing.
