Join Julia on the unofficial start of summer for a special Vinyasa Flow & Yoga Core class before hitting the pool.
Find balance in your mind and body through movement and stillness, sounds and silence. This class will cultivate alignment with a hatha practice for the first ~55 minutes, and end with an extra-long savasana, where you will be bathed in the vibrations of various sound healing instruments.
