Yin Yoga is a practice that strategically tractions the joints in the body’s core to help reverse the damage caused by aging, gravity and poor postural alignment. This series offers a weekly tune up to undo that damage, and unwind the mind and spirit as well, while receiving (optional) Reiki assists to further promote healing.
Offered on a sliding scale, Community acupuncture is the practice of treating patients together in a larger room, which makes getting a treatment more accessible and affordable. Appointments last approximately 45 minutes. Bring a friend or family member and settle in on a yoga mat or bolster for this shared healing experience!
Connect with Your Inner Light through Movement and Stillness! This workshop will feature one hour of beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga and breathwork, followed by a full hour of Sound Bath, AKA the Best of Both Worlds on the year's longest day. The movement will utilize Sun Salutations and other "heart shining" poses to focus on finding our "inner sun." Then participants will settle into savasana, to deeply relax and integrate the yoga practice during an hour-long Sound Bath.
