TGI-FriYAY Series: Restore & Resonate with Carrie Vieira

Are you ready to unwind, relax, and nourish your body, mind, and soul? Get your weekend started with a self-care mini-retreat of Restorative Yoga and guided meditation, with sound bathing integrated throughout the class. Join Carrie to explore the art of deep relaxation, and cultivate physical, emotional, mental and energetic health and well-being.

In restorative yoga, poses are supported by props and held for longer periods of time to allow for the release of tension and stress. The slower pace provides space to integrate breathwork and meditation practices along the way, while the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments create a layered soundscape that washes through the body and offers the mind something soft to rest upon.

The class is appropriate for yoga practitioners of all ages and experience levels. For those practicing from home, grab some pillows, blankets, yoga blocks (if you have them), and a chair. Don’t have all these props? No problem—we’ll adapt to what you have.

Offered In-Studio AND Online (Hybrid), with Recording Option available thru Sunday night. Use your regular class pass or membership to drop in!
