Join our inaugural meeting of the Stitching Sangha! May’s topic: RITUAL. This event will include an abbreviated yoga practice to prepare the body and mind to sit, followed by working on the fiber art project of your choice, incorporating mindfulness tools and a group to exploration of how to make it even more Zen.

Max Strom’s work is known for its healing, penetrating affect, leaving students feeling renewed and open. This special event is focused on transforming depression into inspiration, and anxiety into calm. It will include a talk by Max based on ideas from his book of the same title, breathing exercises and accessible yoga movement.
Forgiveness is perhaps the most powerful and yet forgotten tool we have for healing ourselves. Max has taken the message of forgiveness around the world to a people of many faiths and nationalities: for the body to heal, often times what is most vital is to heal the broken heart or spirit.
