Wrap up your week with a beginner-friendly, accessible class designed to build core strength and promote recovery. ~40 minutes of Pilates-inspired movements will be followed by a yoga reset with deep stretching, gentle poses, and mindful breathing. You’ll leave feeling balanced, centered, and refreshed!
