Wrap up your week with Sue Klein in an accessible, beginner-friendly fusion of yoga and Pilates-inspired movement!
This all-levels, accessible 60-minute class is designed to build core strength and promote recovery. The first ~40 minutes will focus on Pilates-inspired strength movements, emphasizing core stability, control, and muscle engagement. In the final ~20 minutes, class will transition to a yoga reset, with deep stretching, gentle poses, and mindful breathing to release tension, and improve mobility.
Modifications will be offered throughout. You’ll leave feeling balanced, centered, and refreshed.
Offered In-Studio AND Online (Hybrid), with Recording Option available thru Sunday night. Use your regular class pass or membership to drop in! Class is also offered on April 24.
