Dinacharya: Creating a Daily Rhythm for Balance & Well-Being with Charlene Muhammad, C-IAYT, CNS

Dinacharya: Creating a Daily Rhythm for Balance & Well-Being with Charlene Muhammad, C-IAYT

Sunday, March 15 | 2:00-4:00pm

Spring is the season for renewal! Dinacharya, the Ayurvedic practice of daily routine, offers a gentle and practical way to restore balance by aligning everyday habits with the natural rhythms of the body and mind.

This practical workshop introduces Dinacharya as a tool for self-care, self-awareness, and sustainable well-being. Rather than prescribing a rigid schedule, Dinacharya invites us to listen more closely to ourselves and create simple, supportive rhythms that fit real life. This workshop emphasizes progress over perfection and honors that each person’s routine will look different depending on lifestyle, responsibilities, and needs.

Through guided reflection, group discussion, and practical examples, participants will:
~ Explore their current daily routines and habits with curiosity and compassion;
~ Learn the purpose and benefits of Dinacharya, as a foundation for self-care and self-awareness;
~ Discover meaningful practices for morning, daytime, and evening that can support energy, digestion, mental clarity, and emotional resilience; and
~ Identify one or two personal, simple routines to support well-being in their daily lives.

Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how small, consistent daily practices can become a powerful form of self-care—and a supportive foundation for greater awareness and balance in everyday life.

This workshop will include a short asana practice at the beginning, and a short relaxation at the end. No prior knowledge of yoga or Ayurveda is required.

Cost: $39 by March 6; $45 as of March 7 and beyond
