Growing a human being is hard work! Are you ready for more joy and laughter in your life? Add weekly self-care to your schedule. Prenatal yoga can support and maintain the emotional, physical, and spiritual health of those who are expectant during one of the most exciting periods in their lives.

Join Tamar for a rejuvenating and accessible prenatal vinyasa practice. Class will include safe sequences to open and strengthen the body, to help keep you stable during pregnancy and prepare you for labor. Reconnect with yourself and bond with your baby through meditation and breathing practices, and build community with others who are expecting. There is no time like the present to nurture yourself, find more peace and calm in daily life, and prepare for parenthood!

This class is suitable for students in all three trimesters. Modifications and suggestions will be offered to help tailor the experience for each individual, in order to create a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Pricing Options: $139 for 6 weeks, $99 for 4 weeks, or $26 per class to drop in
Classes are ongoing, join anytime (including mid-session).
