NEW Drop-In Class: Hatha Yoga & Sound Bath Savasana with Lindsey McNeill
In-Studio & Online Mondays from 6-7:15pm | Begins July 28
Find balance in your mind and body through movement and stillness, sounds and silence.
This class will cultivate alignment with soft and slow hatha postures coupled with breathwork, taking time to feel the body in the poses and time to be curious about sensations that may arise. The asana practice will last for 50-55 minutes and end with an extra-long savasana, where you will be bathed in the vibrations of various sound healing instruments. Instruments may include crystal bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes and more. Allow the sounds to harmonize the frequencies within your body and bring you in tune with your inner landscape as you relax and integrate your practice.
Offered In-Studio AND Online (Hybrid), with Recording Option available thru the following Wednesday night. Use your regular class pass or membership to drop in! Note for Virtual Attendees: Headphones are recommended during the Sound Bath portion to enhance sound clarity and depth.
