Grieve to Heal: It’s OK to Not be OK
with Max Strom

In-Studio Only
Sunday, June 28 | 2:00-4:00pm

This workshop is great for everyone!

“Speak openly of both your love and loss, or suffer restraining them and strangling your own spirit.” When we are in a state of grieving, many of us put ourselves in a self-constructed prison. We isolate ourselves, not knowing how to connect with others or with our own emotions.

This workshop explores and helps shed light on the interconnectedness between grief and meaningful connection. By releasing ourselves from that prison, we open the door to heal from our loss and heal our relationships. We allow for deeper intimacy with our loved ones, and can reclaim tranquility and peace in our daily life.

Class includes lecture, self-inquiry, writing, breathwork, and community. All levels are welcome.

Suggested props to bring:
- A yoga mat
- Writing materials for note taking
