Hip-Hop Sound Bath: Mindfulness, Music, Connection with Ofosu Jones-Quartey

In-Studio Only
Friday, June 19 | 5:30-7:30pm

Join meditation teacher, author, and hip-hop artist Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) for a Hip-Hop Sound Bath: Mindfulness, Music, Connection — a one-of-a-kind experience weaving together guided meditation, contemplative sound, and live lo-fi hip-hop performance.

Rooted in mindful awareness and creative expression, this immersive event invites participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember their inherent worth and belonging. Through accessible mindfulness teachings, a restorative sound bath, and intentional musical offerings, we’ll explore how awareness and self-compassion can open the heart, ease the mind, and deepen community.

This workshop will include:

  • Guided mindfulness accessible to both new and experienced practitioners

  • A sound bath experience incorporating singing bowls and ambient textures designed to create space for release and healing

  • A live lo-fi hip-hop performance blending lyricism and meditation in real time

  • Heart-centered conversations that honor both personal reflection and collective connection

Whether you come seeking rest, creative inspiration, spiritual practice, or community, this workshop is designed to help you remember that you are enough.

No prior meditation or musical experience is necessary. All are welcome.

Cost: $39 by June 1; $49 as of June 2 and beyond
