This session is appropriate for experienced, intermediate-to-advanced practitioners, who are free of any serious injuries and looking for a challenging practice (i.e. a faster pace, and exploring more physically challenging postures like arm balances).

Cost: $125 for 6 weeks*, $105 for 5 weeks, or $23 per class to drop in
HYC Members’ 30% discount applies

Hybrid class: available in Wheaton AND online (via livestream, with recording option)
