In-Studio & Online Friday, April 10 from 5:30pm-6:45pm
Sculpt Flow is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice. It involves intermittently pausing in the midst of your flow for some longer and isometric holds, and uses the weight of your body, or added weights and/or resistance bands to familiar yoga postures, for a workout designed to sculpt your muscles and maintain or even improve bone density.
The class is appropriate for yoga practitioners of all levels with some prior vinyasa experience, who are able to put weight on their wrists and knees. Weights and bands will be provided at the studio, or you can bring your own.
For those practicing from home, grab a resistance band (or nylons or bungee cords if you don’t have one) and some weights (or soup cans if you don’t have them) — we recommend starting with 1 or 2 pound weights and gradually increasing the weight as you progress.
Offered In-Studio AND Online (Hybrid), with Recording Option available thru Sunday night. Use your regular class pass or membership to drop in!
