Discover how your breath, posture, and movement influence your pelvic floor in this interactive class designed for all experience levels.

Dr. Kellie will lead a gentle, yoga-inspired movement practice that teaches diaphragmatic breathing, core and pelvic floor connection, and healthy pressure management through familiar poses. Along the way, you'll learn simple pelvic floor anatomy and explore how the pelvic floor works as part of your whole-body system.

Gain practical tools you can use both on and off the mat! There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions in a welcoming, judgment-free environment, making this a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of their body, prevent injury, or address common concerns like leaking, pelvic pain, or core weakness. Students of all gender identities are welcome.

This class is appropriate for all levels.
No prior yoga experience is needed!

Offered In-Studio AND Online (Hybrid), with Recording Option available thru Sunday night. Use your regular class pass or membership to drop in!

Dr. Kellie Soltis

Meet Dr. Kellie Soltis, PT, DPT

Dr. Kellie Soltis earned her BA in Psychology from Arcadia University in 2011 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2014. She has completed extensive training in both external and internal pelvic floor physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association's Academy of Pelvic Health. In addition, she is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her treatment philosophy centers on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. By identifying the root cause of dysfunction, she helps patients achieve lasting results rather than relying on temporary fixes.

Dr. Soltis is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care that aligns with each individual's goals, lifestyle, and unique needs. As a mother of two, she has a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond, believing that if something matters to her patients, it matters to her.
