This isn't about becoming more flexible. It's about moving better in the life you already live.

Whether your favorite activity is walking the dog, gardening, hiking, pickleball, strength training, running, or simply keeping up with everyday life, this accessible, all-levels flow is designed to help you build mobility, balance, stability, and functional strength.

Along the way, we'll explore the "why" behind the movements, so you leave with practical tools to support your body both on and off the mat. Whether you're training for an event or simply want to feel stronger and move with greater ease, this class will help support the activities you love for years to come.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move. Your teacher Jess has run 35 marathons and is almost halfway to her goal of completing one in all 50 states!

Offered In-Studio AND Online (Hybrid), with Recording Option available thru Sunday night. Use your regular class pass or membership to drop in!
