8 Week Session: Hatha Yoga Fundamentals with Brock Martin

Are you looking to begin or deepen your yoga practice in a grounded, supportive way?
This class offers a slow, foundational approach centered on mindful movement, breathwork, and trauma-informed meditation. Together, we’ll explore simple poses that build body awareness, breathing techniques that calm and regulate the nervous system, and accessible meditation practices that prioritize comfort, safety, and choice.
No prior experience needed. All are welcome. Join fellow beginners in a welcoming space where you can explore how movement, breath, and stillness work together to support presence and help you feel more connected, balanced, and at ease. This class is ideal for beginners and anyone wanting to return to the basics with curiosity and care. Classes in this session will also be live-streamed for anyone who wishes to participate online via Zoom.
