Applying the Principle of Ahimsa for Managing Chronic Pain with Charlene Muhammad, CNS, LD, C-IAYT

In-Studio Only
Sunday, August 10 | 2:00-3:30pm

This workshop is one of a 4-part series Therapeutic Yoga Series: Steady, Strong, and Balanced.

This workshop explores how the yogic principle of Ahimsa — non-harming, compassion, and respect for all living beings — can be applied as a powerful tool for managing chronic pain.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided self-inquiry, participants will learn how to cultivate a compassionate relationship with their bodies, reduce emotional suffering associated with pain, and develop sustainable practices that honor their unique physical and mental needs.

Designed for individuals experiencing chronic pain, this workshop integrates yogic philosophy with practical techniques to promote healing, self-acceptance, and resilience. Participants will leave with tools they can incorporate into daily life to support physical comfort and emotional well-being.

Cost: $29 by August 1; $35 as of August 2 and beyond -OR-
Take all 4 sessions in the Steady, Strong and Balanced series:
