This workshop will use Kundalini & Hatha yoga poses to awaken our greatest potential for health. You can expect to:

~ Explore the fundamental anatomy of the spine, physically and energetically;
~ Develop and strengthen your awareness around posture, spine alignment and movement;  
~ Explore the Eight Movements of the Spine;
~ Learn two Kundalini yoga sets designed to adjust and strengthen the spine; and
~ Through guided imagery and restorative yoga poses, relax and rejuvenate the spine.

Gain a better understanding of the dynamics and flow of physical and energetic systems in the spine and how to support and strengthen them!
