In this grounding and restorative workshop, we’ll explore how to find balance—both physically and emotionally—through the therapeutic tools of yoga. Using a gentle blend of movement, breathwork, supported poses, and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your center, release tension, and build stability from the inside out.
Whether you're feeling off-balance from stress, transition, or simply the pace of daily life, this session offers a space to pause and recalibrate. All levels are welcome—come as you are and leave feeling more rooted, steady, and at ease.
