Ayurveda is an Indian system of medicine that has been in use for over 5,000 years.
Its primary aim is to cleanse the body and restore balance in the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Through self-study, we learn the best practices for our unique body compositions using the framework of Ayurveda's three doshas (energies). Doshas exist in all of us in varying amounts, and derive from the five elements of water, fire, air, earth, and ether.

This workshop will include:
~ a discussion of the principles of Ayurveda;
~ an all-levels asana practice, emphasizing ideal yoga postures for each body type; and
~ guidance for taking your yoga practice a step further by focusing on your life off the mat.

Walk away with a clear understanding and practical plan for how you can craft your diet, daily routines, and lifestyle to achieve optimal health and longevity, in a way that feels intuitive and natural for you as a unique individual!
