Prenatal Yoga will include safe sequences to open and strengthen the body, to help keep you stable during pregnancy and to prepare you for labor. This class is suitable for expecting mothers in all three trimesters.
This beginner-friendly yoga session is designed for parents and babies who are 6 weeks to one year old. The class will have options to incorporate your baby in the poses and movements, or your baby can practice tummy time. Stretching and relaxation will be a part of every class.
